Summary
For school we had to interview some people about what it was like to celebrate a special occasion when they were young. I interviewed some close family and friends. Some I interviewed face to face, some over the phone and some through e-mail. The people I interviewed where multicultural and all of different ages.
Although the people I interviewed where of different ages and spread across different countries, I was surprised that part of all their celebrations seemed to include a party with a cake. I was surprised to find out that their favourite presents are similar to some of my favourite presents.
I really enjoyed discovering how different and how similar we can be.

Dear Bree, once again – Well Done
You have gathered a lot of precious information and learned something new about each of your Grandparents. It took awhile to get the information gathered and onto your blog. I am so proud of you for sticking with it. Just before your Granddad Johnny died, we took a video of you (aged 4) and Sammy (aged 6) asking him questions like – what was his favourite colour? and what was his favourite sport? Just simple questions, however it is something you can always keep to remember them by.
Yes, I now know a lot more about each of these celebration:)
Breellen
Well done Bree, have you learned anything from all of the information you have gathered?
